Aparna Hernandez, M.D.
Much is demanded of a woman today as we learn to juggle both career and family demands. I see this in my own life and hear it from my patients. I believe it is important to achieve balance and not overlook your health. As an Internist, I am committed to the health of all my patients, male and female, but I am a special advocate for women’s health. There are many women today who still believe that heart disease does not affect them or colon cancer is a “male” disease. I believe in educating you and helping you take care of yourself. – Aparna Hernandez, M.D.
