After hours, a physician will be on call for urgent situations. In the event an after-hours call must be attended to, there is a $25 afterhours service fee.<br><br>\n\n<strong>Practice Hours:<\/strong><br>\n\nOur hours are Monday \u2013 Thursday 8 AM \u2013 4:30 PM, and Friday  8 AM \u2013 12:30 PM.  Laboratory services start at 7:30 AM.<br><br>\n\n<strong>Appointments:<\/strong><br>\nPatients are seen Monday through Friday by appointment. We ask that you call in advance in order to schedule a convenient time. Every effort will be made to keep appointment commitments. Whenever possible you will be notified if there is a delay. If you cannot keep your appointment, we ask that you notify us as soon as possible at 407-345-0005. In the event that 24 hours\u2019 notice of cancellation is not provided, there is a $25 fee for general appointments, and a $50 fee for missed physicals.<br><br>\n\n<strong>Prescription Refills:<\/strong><br>\n\nWe ask that all prescription refills be requested at the time of your office visit. Please assess any refill needs prior to coming to the office. We will gladly provide you with refills for up to one year or your next office visit. Please allow 48 hours for your request to be processed.<br><br>\n\n<strong>Telephone Calls:<\/strong><br>\n\nPlease feel free to call our office if you have any questions regarding your condition, medication or treatment. Our office staff can also assist you with questions regarding appointments. We ask that you always spell your name when leaving messages and give your date of birth. Please remember our physicians and medical assistants are treating patients during the day \u2013 we value your concerns \u2013 and will get back to you at our earliest convenience, which may be at the end of the working day.<br><br>\n\n<strong>Referrals:<\/strong><br>\n\nPlease feel free to call our office if you have any questions. In some instances a referral is needed for insurance and continuity of care. We ask that you call the office at least 72 hours in advance at 407-345-0005 ext. 103.<br><br>\n\n<strong>Patient Services:<\/strong>\n\nWe participate with many insurance companies. Please confirm with your insurance company that we are participating providers. We will collect your deductible, co-payment and fees for non-covered services, along with any balances at the time of your visit. We accept cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover Card.
